1. Data we collect
- Order data: name, email address, billing country and order details. Card and banking data are collected and stored solely by Digistore24 — we never see or store your full payment details.
- Account data: your login email and the module entitlements linked to your Jelly Lean account.
- App content you enter: optional wellness entries such as mood, cravings, sleep quality and cycle or menopause symptoms you log in the tracker.
- Technical data: IP address, device and browser type, and usage events, used for security and to improve the product.
- Support data: the content of emails you send us.
2. Why we use it
- To process your order and deliver access (contract performance).
- To operate the app features you use, including your personal tracker.
- To provide customer support and process refunds.
- To send service emails and, with your consent, offers and tips.
- To prevent fraud and abuse, and to comply with legal obligations.
3. Sensitive wellness data
Symptom entries you log are personal to you. They are used only to display your own history and progress inside your account. We do not sell them and do not share them with advertisers.
4. Who we share data with
Only with service providers that make the product work: Digistore24 (payments, invoicing and refunds), our hosting and database provider, our email delivery provider, and analytics tools. These providers process data on our behalf under contract. We may also disclose data when legally required.
5. Cookies
We use essential cookies for checkout and session functionality, plus analytics cookies to understand how pages perform. You can block cookies in your browser settings; essential cookies are required for purchases to work.
6. Retention
We keep order records for as long as required by tax and accounting law (generally up to 10 years) and account data for as long as your account is active. Tracker entries are deleted when you delete them or when your account is deleted.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live (including GDPR and CCPA rights), you may request access, correction, deletion, portability, or restriction of your data, and object to marketing. Email hndigitalgroup@gmail.com and we will respond within 24 business hours. We do not sell personal information.
8. Security and children
We use encryption in transit, access controls and reputable processors to protect your data. No method is 100% secure. The Products are not intended for anyone under 18.
