These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of the Shot Hormonal Module, the Jelly Lean App and any related digital products (collectively, the "Products") offered by HN Digital Group LLC, a company registered in Wyoming, United States, with a business address at 412 W 7th St, STE 1236, Clovis, New Mexico 88101, United States ("we", "us", "our"). By completing a purchase or accessing the Products, you agree to these Terms.
1. Digital products and license
The Products are digital information products delivered online. Upon successful payment you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for lifetime access to the version of the module you purchased, for your own personal, non- commercial use. You may not copy, resell, share credentials, redistribute, sublicense, or publish any part of the Products.
2. Purchases and payment processing
Orders are processed by our authorized reseller Digistore24 (Digistore24 GmbH and/or Digistore24 Inc.), which acts as the merchant of record for the transaction. Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. The Shot Hormonal Module is a one-time payment of $49.00 with no subscription and no recurring charges. Your payment receipt and invoice are issued by Digistore24.
3. Delivery and access
Access is granted immediately after payment confirmation and is activated inside your existing Jelly Lean account. Access details are also sent to the email address you provided at checkout. If you do not receive access, contact us and we will resolve it promptly.
4. Refunds
Purchases are covered by our 60-Day 100% Satisfaction Guarantee, described in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
5. No medical advice
The Products are for informational and educational purposes only. They are not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or hormone replacement therapy, and they do not replace consultation with a licensed healthcare professional. Consult your physician before changing your dietary habits, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or managing a medical condition.
6. No results guarantee
Individual results vary and depend on personal circumstances, consistency and biology. Any examples shown are illustrative and are not a promise of specific outcomes.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Products or the app, attempt unauthorized access, upload unlawful content, or interfere with the service. We may suspend access for breach of these Terms, including sharing or piracy of the material.
8. Intellectual property
All text, recipes, tracking tools, graphics, PDFs and software in the Products remain the intellectual property of HN Digital Group LLC or its licensors.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of the Products is limited to the amount you paid for them. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.
10. Changes and governing law
We may update these Terms; the current version is always published on this page. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
