1. Refund window
You have 60 calendar days from the date of purchase to request a refund of the Shot Hormonal Module ($49.00 one-time) or any other product bought on this page. No explanation is required.
2. How to request a refund

- Use the Digistore24 self-service page at digistore24.com/support to look up your order and request the refund directly.
3. Processing time
We confirm requests within 24 business hours. Once approved, Digistore24 — the merchant of record — issues the refund to your original payment method. Banks and card issuers typically post the credit within 3-10 business days.
4. What happens to your access
When a refund is issued, the license granted for the refunded product ends and access to that module is removed from your Jelly Lean dashboard. Any downloaded PDF material must be deleted.
